Papar

I feel relations to these monks known as papar. They were on a constant voyage. The risked their lives to claim new lands that belonged only to them.
When just a small amount of people showed up on the coast they had decided that the land became too crowded and that they must leave. They set off towards Greenland in their small vessels across storm-racked oceans.
They were driven by a hunger of the spirit.
When reading of these monks you are able to see their intense courage, reckless innocence, and the urgency of their desire which is starkly parallel to the lives and ideals of Everett and Christopher.
